I want to disable the auto-renewal option?

If you have an active PinsApp subscription on your mobile device, and you want to cancel automatic renewal of your subscription, you, contact customer service support or login to your portal online, click on Subscription and then More Options. A new prompt will be displayed, in which you can click Disable, to confirm your action, click on Disable Auto-Renewal.

If you subscribed through the Google play pay, please open you Google play and cancel subscription for the PinsApp
