I have an active subscription but I still get an update to subscribe

If you have an active subscription and you still get subscription/activation page on your app, never worry. We intermittently check for your subscription status every time you launch or use the Pins Mobile Security application.

If you do not have active Internet connectivity at the time of verification, the subscription page will pop up. However, once your phone is back online, you will be able to access the PInsApp. In case you need further support on your billing and subscription, feel free to contact our support team
